Miracles of the Eucharist
Watch Video Below
To help us enter into the spiritual reality and mystery of our glorious faith, I've uploaded an amazing faith-filled video on the Lord's passion and the Eucharist. He lives today! At every Holy Mass, God gives us his very own Body and Blood. The Catholic Church has received this Gift and Mystery from Jesus Christ himself. "The Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith" (Catechism of the Catholic Church, par. 1324).
Personally, after I watched this video, I wanted to figure out a way that I could share it with you. My pray is that you will enter more deeply into the Great Mystery of what happens at the Holy Mass -- The Living Sacrifice of Jesus Christ for our sins. Every time we go to Mass, we are personally invited to enter into Christ's saving work.
The name of the video is 'SCIENCE TESTS FAITH -- FOLLOWING THE TRAIL OF THE BLOOD OF CHRIST.' It is a compelling witness to the ever ancient and beautiful teaching of our Catholic Faith. The video was done by Ron Tesoriero, a lawyer and author, and Michael Willesee, an investigative journalist. Together, they build a powerful, fact-based-case of the validity of the Catholic Church's teaching on the True Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. Scientifically, they examine a number of supernatural phenomenon regarding the Lord's passion, a bleeding statue, a woman who bears the stigmata (visible wounds of Christ), and several Eucharistic Miracles. As Catholics, we are so very blessed to have the Gift of the Holy Eucharist. We have the glorious privilege of entering into this Great Mystery of Love whenever the Holy Mass is being offered. Jesus Christ is truly, physically, substantially present and alive among us at every Catholic Mass and in every tabernacle. Our Lord has given us miraculous signs in order to increase and renew our faith.
While Jesus was riding into Jerusalem on a donkey, the people began to praise him. The Jewish leaders got really upset because of this and Jesus said in response, "I tell you, if the people keep quiet, the very stones will cry out." Christ was prophesying about what is shared in this video. The very stones will cry out... In the video, a statue literally weeps tears of blood and science has no explanation. Let us praise and adore Him! This statue is just one of many miraculous signs through which God's is calling us back to faith. May this Holy Week be a time to renewal your faith in the True Living Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist!
Also, the woman (Catalina) in the video with the stigmata was given a vision by our Lord of what truly happens at every Mass. Ever since I read this, my experience of the Mass has been deeper. You can read about Catalina's vision of the Mass and what Jesus showed her in this vision by clicking on The Testimony of Catalina on the Holy Mass (Imprimatur given for the original Spanish text by: Bishop Jose Oscar Brahona). Print it out and take it to the Adoration Chapel, sit with Jesus and allow Him to give you a retreat this Holy Week.
Glory to God! I love the Catholic Church and I truly truly truly super love being a Priest!
May you experience the transforming power of God's Eucharistic love during this Holy Week and Easter,
Adoremus Te Domine,
Fr. Michael
